Facing Racism Workshop-Hill Cities Neighborhood

The Justice and Mercy Commission of the Peaks Presbytery, along with the Justice and Mercy Ministry, is pleased to offer another session of “Let’s Talk About It: Facing Racism.” Using biblical scripture and engaging dialogue, the workshop is designed to facilitate introductory conversations on the topic of systemic racism while empowering clergy and lay leaders to spread the “good news” of community to the broader Church.

Forest Presbyterian Church in Forest VA will host the full day workshop, 9am-4pm, on Tuesday, November 14. Registration will close on Thursday, November 9.
